1. Acceptance of Terms

These T&C apply to both individuals and representatives of legal entities who access the Site or contract the services BOMAD STRATEGY.

BOMAD STRATEGY provides strategic and financial consulting services for medium and large companies, including, but not limited to:

• Consulting in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Development and implementation of data-driven commercial and marketing growth strategies
• Business performance analysis and diagnosis
• Support in strategic and operational decision-making

The specific details, deliverables, terms and rates of each engagement are established in individual contracts or commercial proposals agreed in writing between BOMAD STRATEGY and the client.

3. Use of the Website

3.1 Permitted use

• The Site is intended solely for legitimate informational and commercial purposes. You are authorized to:

6. Contractual Commitments – Consulting Services

The consulting services of BOMAD STRATEGY are governed by individual contracts. These T&Cs do not constitute a service contract and do not create any contractual obligations in the absence of a signed contract.

6.1 Commercial proposals

Any commercial proposal or offer sent by BOMAD STRATEGY is valid for the period explicitly mentioned in the document. Acceptance of the offer involves the negotiation and signing of a service contract.

6.2 Confidentiality (NDA)

Information, data and materials exchanged within the framework of the consulting processes are treated as confidential information. Confidentiality obligations are regulated by specific NDA agreements or contractual clauses.

6.3 Rights to deliverables

The rights to use the deliverables (reports, analyses, strategies) are transferred to the client according to the agreed contractual terms, after full payment for the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

BOMAD STRATEGY is not responsible for:

Total liability of BOMAD STRATEGY within a contractual commitment is limited according to the provisions of that contract.

These T&C are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute, misunderstanding or claim arising from or in connection with these T&C will be resolved amicably. If an amicable agreement is not possible, disputes will be submitted for resolution to the competent courts of Romania.
